“We had a great stay at this hotel! The front desk staff was absolutely amazing—when I thought I lost my keys (thankfully I found them), they were so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole situation. It really made a stressful moment much easier. The breakfast attendant was also wonderful—she asked how our stay was and was genuinely sweet and welcoming. “The room is really clean but not really quiet the morning time you can hear the house keeping person talk really loud and there’s no towel on the floor for restroom and no soap bar . The tissue is empty. I have to use the toilet paper. ”
