「We needed a rental due to a family member having surgery in Lt. Rock. We live three hours away. This little apartment is simple and clean. It had the amenities needed during our stay. The pictures of the apartment are a little different from what you see when you walk in. It is plain with minimal decorations or furniture. 「Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk. 」

I only had a few concerns such as there was no tv remote and when I contacted the owner to ask about the remote they said that we could download the Roku app and use our phones as a remote but when we attempted this we could not get it to work. The place was clean except for a toilet plunger was covered in toilet paper and looks gross. Other then those two things we enjoyed our stay and the apartment was great!」

「My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit.
