“Check in was amazing, Thank You Storm….efficient, friendly, informative about the hotels full occupancy and to be sure to contact the front desk for any issues due to there being a lot of kids due to ball games. Appreciated the heads up but for us there were no issues. So nice to know in advance. Storm is a high asset for this hotel. Breakfast was good kept stocked and fresh, standard Holiday Inn breakfast. ”

“The before midnight clerk was rude. I asked if my room was on the bottom floor. It was on the 4th. That was the only left. My reservation was two weeks plus. I will not stay at Hampton again. The morning clerk had an attitude too. I didnt realize I put my room key in the mailbox. She informed me it was her mailbox, and not key drop. I picked it up and put it in the key drop ”

“The staff were very nice. The room was ok. The sofa bed mattress was worn out and the cushion was coming apart at the seams. The room was clean. The eating area for breakfast needed more tables and chairs. We had stayed at the Staybridge in Mt Juliette and experienced a very nice time. Much better. ”

When I went back to the front desk to get this fixed, they moved me again but put me in a room with two double beds, not the two queens I reserved and paid for.
