“We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was plentiful and good. Spa, fitness room and pool/jacuzzi was very nice(would prefer longer hours in evening. Would recommend the front side of hotel if you go to bed on the early side as the back side was a little noisy because there is a restaurant or business.”

“Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Der Balkon war super, da er ein Eckbalkon war und dadurch echt riesig. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, weder himmlisch gut, noch schlecht, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Badezimmer war aber etwas beengend, aber was will man machen, außer komplett umzubauen ;) Beim Frühstück hat man das Nötigste bekommen, für eine Pension würde ich behaupten, man hat mehr bekommen, als man erwarten konnte.”

“There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." (exact wording used) We asked very politely and did not expect such a rude……

“Riktig pärla i Österrikes minsta stad. Vi övernattade en natt när det var värmebölja och närmre 40 grader men eftersom hotellet har bergvärmesystem hölls en jämn och behaglig temperatur hela natten. Underbart, kommer gärna igen!”

“The reception staffs are very nice. The location is easy to walk to the old town centre around 15mins. The room is very clean and the heater works very well. Well recommended. ”

“Niemand anwesend wenn man kommt. Alle Zimmerschlüssel liegen auf einem Tisch mit dem jeweiligen zugeteilten Zimmer. Theoretisch könnte jeder den zweiten Zimmerschlüssel nehmen und dann in fremde Zimmer gehen Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr, das für Geschäftsreisen eigentlich gar nicht geht. Im Zimmer ein nicht eruierbares Dauerbrummen,,dass dir jeden Schlaf raubt. Kein Aufzug. In der Früh ein russischsprechendes Paar im Hausanzug und Badeschlappen. Wofür hier € 103 inkl Taxen verlangt werden ist……

“The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this,but it is what it was! ”

“Great little boutique hotel by the river. Walking distance to the cable car to the mountains and town. Really small bathroom but it’s typically of a European hotel room”
