“Walking into the motel there was a chemical smell. Not sure what it was cleaning or disinfecting. Got a room key andwent to the room. Small room no clock and notice the toilet in the bathroom. “In our Expedia profile we have requested 1st floor. No 1st floor rooms were available, which is fine until they tell us there is NOT an elevator!! We are senior citizens with health issues, if what is listed on our profile is not available, we should be notified before booking so we can go elsewhere. This is not acceptable Expedia! And, perhaps the hotel should include on their website that they don't have an elevator!”
