  • This house is all about the back porch view and great location! Enjoy a fabulous view of the ICW and beach from the back deck here at The House of Views. Just a 3 mile drive to the beach, or a few minute boat ride to the ICW, this home is perfect for those looking to spend time out on the water! With a brand new kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, plus a huge yard and large back deck, there are great options for relaxing inside or out! This newly updated home is ready to host your small family or group of friends.

    Bedroom 2 - Full size bunk bed with trundle - 2 fulls and 1 twin bed

    Lots of great seating on the back deck and fabulous views of the water and coastline!

    Propane firepit available for guests, please bring your own propane tank.

    Charcoal grill available for guests, just bring your own charcoal.

    Crab traps available for guests

Nice relaxing fishing spot!!!

We enjoyed our stay! House of views was a cozy welcoming place. Very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you needed to cook with. I caught lots of catfish, a couple of black drum, a red fish, a rainbow trout (I think that's what it was) and a few sheephead. Also my kids caught big blue crabs, shiners and a few mullets. We will be back again..!

House of Views (Amazing)

We really enjoyed staying in one of your places again. We have enjoyed them all so far. This was an awesome little home. You can enjoy watching the sun come up from the couch or out on the deck. We done some fishing and our grandson had a fun day of catching crabs with his fishing pole, because the water was down in the canal he could see them in the water. We really had an awesome time and of course we love the beach. Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay.

We have stayed at quite a few beach rentals. This place was very clean and better than advertised. Good communication prior to arrival with easy check in and check out instructions.

wonderful little place

we took a quick anniversary trip to sargent and stayed in this cute little canal house. Perfect little getaway for a couple or family. Very peaceful. Many thanks to the host. They even surprised us with a little gift for our anniversary:) perfection!
