"Our room was great, it was good having a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. Check in and out was quick and easy and staff we friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our walks up and around Mount Maunganui, along the board walk and into town. the thermal pools are definitely worth a visit. Enjoyed 2 beautiful meals one at the Olive and Fig restaurant and the other at Dui’s Thai restaurant….delicious Wished we had more time, will definitely go back."

" Breakfast was well appointed, with dietary options. Luckily we didn't require a view, because it was the rear car park. It was however an incredibly long walk back to our car outside our window for the one thing we needed after getting into bed. "

"Lovely comfy beds, nice furniture in lounge. We didn't use the cooking facilities at all, but plenty of equipment there. Couple of things could be improved - we noticed the coffee cups were very stained - just need a good scrub inside. Also the shower doors in the room we were in need attention - there is a big gap when doors should be closed. The drier has also left a lot of fluff over the ceiling which isn't a good look. Parking was good, though a bit tight for a larger car between two poles. "
