"The hotel staff was extraordinary. From the restaurant staff to the breakfast crew, they met our every need with a smile. The front desk helped us with tours, directions, reservations, ferry times and everything in between. We felt very valued and cared for. The room was a bit small, but had an amazing view of the castle and a small balcony. Otherwise, the room was very well equipped with all we needed and nicely updated. "Wow, what a place! Spectacular views, many great pools (hot and cold), thermal baths, sauna, spa (reasonably priced), helpful and gracious staff, ultra-clean, nice room if not terribly large. Would stay here again if I returned. Food in the main restaurant was good but not superb and selection was a bit limited with dishes not especially imaginative, yet even this quibble is not enough to reduce my 5-star rating.
