New (2020) 3-story beach house w 360 views from Ocean to Bay. Look out its 55 windows, relax on its 8 outdoor decks and enjoy Fire Island with family and freinds in this 7 bedroom 7 bath house. It has two full kitchens, wet bar, living and dining rooms offering lots of functionality. New outdoor BBQ landscaped area coming 2021. steps from the beach. Enjoy.

Great spot in OBP!!

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Plenty of room for everyone, excellent outdoor space, block to the beach, block to the market. Super attentive and responsive owner. Looking forward to coming back next summer.

The house has a great location, plenty of room for extended family and impressive views. Three generations happy under one roof. Ed the owner is very hospitable. We were reluctant to leave!

Amazing Fire Island Rental

My family and I rented this house along with my sister’s family and my parents. We had 14 people from 7-73 for an amazing 6 night stay. The location of this house is perfect. You are steps from the ocean and can hear the waves breaking from all the balconies. I loved that this house was set up like a hotel with multiple bedrooms with their own bathrooms and balconies but with the common area on the first floor. There was ample space to spread out and plenty of beds for everyone. The owner and host were amazing and always available to answer any questions or solve any problems that popped up. The kids loved the freedom they had to hop on the bikes provided and explore the island. And the adults appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas to relax on the beach. We all loved the time we got to spend here and are already looking to book another week next summer!
