UNLESS they are part of a family unit, All guests must be at least 24 years old (not negotiable). I rent several ways. A full week is either Friday 5 pm till Friday 10 am or Monday 2 pm till Monday 10 am. A weekend is Friday 5 pm till Monday morning at 10 am. The last way I rent is a Monday 2 pm till Friday 10 am midweek. This slice of paradise has all the bells and whistles with 2 full bathrooms, ac, wi-fi, 2 flat panel SMART tv's, and 2 washer/dryers. The galley kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and other amenities. The large dining room and huge living room are great for entertaining. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Each of the 7 bedrooms (all 12" memory foam mattresses) have a full and a twin bed with the exception of one bedroom that has 3 twin beds and 2 others with 2 full beds in each. The upstairs den and bar area with extra fridge and sink comes in handy as well. Special reduced off season rates!
