Met our needs but there was room for improvement.
The size of the home and its location met our needs. Everything was “functional” after some adjustments- the master bedroom shower door needed to be re-set on its tracks, the master toilet seat was loose, and there was no door knob on the master bathroom door. At least one rodent crossed our paths inside the home and we found fresh droppings in different locations on different days. There were extra linens, dishes/silverware/cooking supplies, and washer/dryer available. It was nice that there were random things available such as condiments and pantry staples however they seemed to have been left behind more so than purposefully acquired for guests. As we may have been their first guests in their home versus being purposefully used only as a vacation home, we can overlook some things. We felt secured. The home was “clean.” There was no air conditioning but ceiling fans and oscillating fans were available. They also provided us with some extra comforts- such as hygiene products, use of their personal things, access to entertainment on the tv, board games, and indoor basketball game in the garage, and the phone charging pad. Hopefully, they get a chance to better arrange things and be more prepared to have their home used as a vacation home by others. It kind of felt like we rushed them out of their home at the last minute and they tidied things up/tucked things out of the way so we can use their home while they stayed elsewhere. Otherwise, you get what you pay for and we were okay with having our basic needs met.

No air conditioning at all, blood on one of the bed comferterand and in 2 of the bathroom walls very noticeable. Floors and cabinets were dirty and all I got from the hoest was an appology. I was expecting a I will send some one over right away to take care of that but not at all looks like the family just got all of their belongings through in the garage and left the home.
