I booked this hotel a month in advance for my birthday getaway, only to be told the same day as check-in that I was being moved to a completely different property that wasn’t even the hotel. A partial refund doesn’t make up for not receiving the accommodation I booked.」

「This was my first time going to San Juan Puerto Rico. I went by myself and I personally was looking for a place where not so many tourists tend to stay. The staff here are very welcoming and helpful in getting you settled in. Luz especially, helped me with my room and giving me suggestions on local places to go check out. 「The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL」

「My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all.」
