“The location was absolutely perfect for the New Year’s Eve events that go on here in downtown New Bern! The Condo had everything that you needed to make a few days stay very comfortable. It’s very quiet as well. The host did a great job with the amenities and also his communication to any questions you have was instant!”

“The house was really nice! The whole house was laid out really open and spacious and very comfortable and clean. Bed was really comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment I needed to cook meals for my family. The host was very receptive to any questions and concerns I had, and communicated all info in a timely manner before and during my stay. Hope to stay again sometime!”

“The price was right but that is it. No hot water in the kitchen sink, the mattress needs to be replaced, the outlets in both bathrooms don't work, the controls on the heat AC were locked in place and you could not reprogram them, some of the pillows on the bed stunk, there is a rodent of some sort underneath the stairs making noise. I cannot recommend staying here at all. ”
