Door County - Luxemburg waterfront cabin

Great place to stay! Very cozy, clean, and loved the waterfront view. Check-in and out were very easy. Had everything you could need for the week such as towels, dishware, and toiletries. Missing the view already!

Affordable

Was disappointed with communication from the start was asking for early check in the day before was never communicated with, place was well represented but not much for amenities especially for cooking there was no grill. The bedrooms were kinda cold at night . But it was affordable.

Sweet place with a great view

Checkin was easy, location was perfect especially because there are no homes built on the other side of the road, neighborhood was very quiet. There are some nice amenities like a hammock chair in the large bedroom, a tree swing and other seating out the back door, plenty of towels for bath and kitchen, and a record player with LPs. Lovely to have a washer/dryer with laundry soap provided as well.

Beachfront Getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The views, back patio, and beach area are beautiful and the property is nicely updated. We stayed in early May, so not warm enough to enjoy the beach & water but we did take advantage of the patio furniture and the amazing lake view. The sunsets are exceptional. Location offered great access to Door County and was easy to find. We had difficulty getting into the property upon arrival (the key code wasn’t working) and we could not get ahold of the local contact/property manager. After almost an hour of waiting, we were finally able to get in. The only other disappointment was that the listing noted a king bed in the main bedroom, but it was actually a queen and the mattress was rather uncomfortable. After the first night, we slept in one of the other bedrooms that had a much more comfortable mattress.
