「Great location and friendly staff. The room was updated and comfortable, and it’s a very short walk to the beach, as well as shopping and restaurants super close. There were plenty of options at the included breakfast buffet. 」

「Beautiful location right next to a surfing beach. Have no fears about being on the first floor as every floor has a great view due to the height of the building. As its a residence and not a hotel dont expect daily cleaning but more of a condo feel.」

「Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. 「J'ai ADORÉ loger au Palmito! J'ai tout aimé et si je reviens à Biarritz je logerai à nouveau ! Je recommande sans hésitation. Le personnel est ultra sympathique, courtois, souriant et serviable ! Les chambres sont grandes et bien décorées. On est confortable. J'avais une chambre avec petit balcon et vue sur l'océan, magnifique ! Merci Palmito ! Je m'ennuie déjà !」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...
