“I will stay here again next time I go to a tigers game and want to visit my sister who lives close by. Very clean and very nice staff. Pool was very nice as well. Breakfast was great! A lot of options.”

“My only issue is I am IHG member have been for quite some time now and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times requested late check out through the prompt that it gives you on the TV and even called in the morning for them to tell me late checkout is for IHG members only and they could give me till 1130 mind you I am a member asked the woman to double check. She said of sorry…i can still just do 1130………not to mention had two maids ENTER my room before 11 am wake me up and felt pretty invasive……

“Our first room was horrible. The floor was coming up, and was taped down. Then we found that the nightstand was covered with ants. My husband went to the front desk and they moved us to a different room. The second room was better. The floor wasn’t damaged and it was larger; however, the bathroom floor was dirty. I wet a washcloth and wiped the floor as best I could. We were also under the impression that they provided a continental breakfast each morning- they do not.”

“Great room for the money. Room was very clean and had full size refrigerator and mini kitchen. Staff was very friendly. Such a good value.”

“We stayed over overnight in order to attend a friend’s wedding the next day. We were very happy with our room, the lobby, sitting area and appearance and cleanliness of the continental breakfast. Very nice place to say for the price.”

“Reservation was cancelled right before we showed up. (Called and let them know we would be late.). No one wrote it down apparently. We were able to rebook a room. Found used condoms in our trash can upon arrival. Not ideal.”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on.”

“Someone entered the room at 8:00 a.m. with a key card. Every hour. When are you leaving”
