It’s a little far from the Festspielhaus (if you’re there for the Wagner festival), but they run a complementary shuttle to and from the operas, along with a complementary reception (with prosecco and snacks) right beforehand, which was a nice touch. "Wonderful house with holiday apartments that are furnished with taste and a love for details. Cosy and perfectly located in a surprisingly beautiful and vibrant town. Was there for the opera and this is a perfect place to stay! Highly recommended."

"We were there for the annual Opera Festival. Many of the guests were there for the festival also. The hotel arranged bus transportation (for a small fee) for everyone, and each night had a champaign get together before departing. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful in every way. The room only had 2 twin beds, so that was the only negative."

"The staff are excellent from the front desk to breakfast room to house-keeping. My room was 15 meters from the train station and I could hear announcements and obviously, trains. However, with the windows and doors closed, it was surprisingly quiet. "

"It was an old hotel. Every equipment in the room was very old. TV in my room had no signal and didn't work. It was cleaned up in the room. When I checked in, a reception lady said only two times, "your name?" and "room number 17"."
