「Ottima struttura, stanza pulita, letti comodi, accesso alla piscina esterna non affollata (sebbene ho soggiornato nella settimana di ferragosto), bellissima vista, staff gentile, ottima colazione dolce e salata, insomma tutto perfetto e comodo. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Avevo scelto questa struttura per una sosta lungo il tragitto considerata anche la vicinanza all’autostrada, ma è una oasi di pace e tranquillità dove si può soggiornare anche per più giorni. 」

「I have been traveling in Tuscany and Umbria for the last 2 weeks. Of all the places I went this hotel alone made a difference in my travel. Wonderful owner, service staff and chef they are the EPITOME OF HOSPITALITY. It made me realize the next time, I am planning an Italian vacation it will be in Umbria. 「Very comfy bed, good quality free breakfast. In-expensive and good quality dinner. Staffs are very helpful. Lots of restaurants and all kinds of shops are within walking distance. One of the entrance of the tunnels bringing tourists visiting all the historic spots is just opposit the hotel which is very convenient for people who is staying in this hotel. We're sure that will stay in this hotel again if we would come to Spoleto in future.」

「Grande ospitalità e gentilezza dei proprietari del Residence. La camera che mi è stata riservata era pulita con frigobar, completa di accessori con addirittura rasoio per la barba, spazzolini con dentifricio e le ciabatte per la camera. Buona la colazione dolce anche per intolleranti al glutine e al lattosio. Buona e silenziosa la posizione ideale per spostarsi in auto per le varie località da visitare come Rasiglia, Bevagna, Spello, Spoleto ecc. Da tornarci sicuramente!」
