「The actual room was lovely. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice.A little spartan and a spare blanket would have been nice but overall I would recommend especially for dog owners.The Showboat was built in 1987 and let's just say it shows. If you are looking for a nice casino facility - look elsewhere.」

「The apartment was exactly as described. I was given the code to enter before I got there and we just entered the code and walked on in. There is one bedroom which has a queen bed which was very comfortable and a twin bed which was okay (a bit mushy). We wanted to have the 3rd person stay on the pullout couch or the pull out chair but we tried both and the twin bed seemed that it would be most comfortable, but not ideal to all sleep in one room. All linens & towels were provided and smelled...

「This was the worst experience i’ve ever had!! The customer service was the worst ever/ Not once was i helped even after being told i would get what i needed/i had sheets only on our bed which was a queen not a king that i booked/ No blankets at all and i asked everyday to get one and never got one / it was cold and rainy and i had no way to get warm - my car was hit while i checked in in the entrance way!! The carpets were disgusting in the hallways - i wish i could leave a lower score than 1...
