“Festival is a bit tucked away behind some shops, so it took a moment to find, but once inside, it was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Service was decent—not exceptional, but everything we needed was taken care of. The rooms are very small, but surprisingly comfortable. While there’s no air conditioning, they do provide a fan, and opening the window let in a refreshing ocean breeze, which made the room feel great.
