“The Park House Inn is a hidden gem! Had a wonderful one night stay, Nadia the innkeeper was super friendly and really went out of her way to tell me all about the property, the amenities, even the history of the place, as well as dinner recommendations! Having an espresso machine available to use at any time was phenomenal too, the outdoor fireplace area was super nice, and it was just a really cozy place overall, the room was very clean, the shower has amazing water pressure, and the balcony……

“非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。”

“It was difficult to understand the clerk during check in. I also didn’t understand or appreciate that I had to pay a $100. Deposit at check in when I prepaid for the stay. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. I loved how comfy the pillows were.”

“There is too many noises, from refrigurator, outside, room nearby. And the bed is too soft to keep position, always fall into middle, bad experience.”

“The hotel is well located near the shops and restaurants of Holland. The front desk greeting (Ian) was warm and unrushed. The room was large and immaculate. The air conditioner was quiet. We loved this hotel.”

“The property is dated and in need of care. The rooms were passable but still some issues (spiders in the bathroom, dirt on the walls, mold spots in the fridge). Our main problem is that our room smelled very musty and mildewy. When we arrived on our first night the mini-fridge was working. But we found the next evening the fridge was now not working and had leaked water on the floor which likely explains the mildew smell in the room. To their credit, they repaired the fridge quickly and we're……

“Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,……

“Cleanliness of the facility and friendly staff. Daily text communication from the staff making sure we were enjoying our stay. Very nice ‘common’ areas. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the lighting in the hallways. I prefer a bit more light. But we would definitely stay here again!!”

“Liked that the hotel was close to everything downtown. Really liked the option of having two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Highly recommend”
