「Lisa was a dream to communicate with. The property has stunning views of the water and of the departing planes. The breeze keeps the patio pleasantly cool even in the heat of day. Plenty of beach bars within walking distance and easy cab rides elsewhere. We loved it! 」

「The accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The view and morning Sunrise were spectacular and a highlight of the property! We enjoyed the family of Iguanas who frequented to rock ledges over the bay just past the deck and pool. The only downside to the place was that it was in need of some TLC and repair in some ways, but overall we were happy and felt that the location and comfort factor made the value very good for the money. 「The house was beautiful and location was perfect. It was a short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, and a market. Communication with the property team and housekeeping was easy and they were all super friendly. 10/10 would recommend! 」

「This is a great vacation spot in Simpson Bay. My wife and I celebrated our 25th here. The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs. Fully recommend. You won’t go wrong. 」

「We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.」
