"This house was perfect for my spouse and I! It had everything we needed and was very cozy. It is right beside the road so if you have a boat, it’s hard to get in and out but they were very accommodating with letting us use other spots around the area to park it. We loved our stay and will be a returning customer!"

"This is a quaint property with all of the basic needs for a relaxing no frills night away. The property is beautiful and so comfortable. it was perfect just what we needed to reset and unwind. the fish in the pond are large and bountiful. Just walking around and hearing the frogs and crickets was enjoyable. Definitely will stay again."

"We stayed here for one of our son's state fishing tournaments with Tn Bass Nation. We were a little far from the ramp where the blast off was but the location could not have been more peaceful. (We honestly wound up using another ramp (Grainger County Park) to launch from anyway because the blastoff ramp was kind of cramped.)
