Everything we needed was there for use, including more beach “lake” towels, plenty of towels & also shampoo & conditioner were there if needed. The home was very clean, and super cute (very well decorated), and over all a great experience for our family. We will definitely consider this property in our future visits to Norris Lake."

"We were in town for my Doctorial graduation at LMU and this place was absolutely perfect! It was a short drive into the school. The place was very clean, quiet and a beautiful view! The spa on the deck was wonderful in the cold weather. We absolutely loved it!!!"

"Overall it was a nice house, with easy access to all things around Douglas Lake. The only downsides were that we had to wash the sheets, as one set was not clean, with some dirt and trash in the bed. Also, there was no hairdryer, contrary to what was listed in the amenities."

"Nice home with spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen with plenty of seating inside and out. Lots of refrigerator space. The water level was low at this time of year (March) but this was explained before renting. 8 kiddos 12 and under had a ball. It was about an hour drive to Gatlinburg. There is a bedroom on ground floor and the rest require stair climbing if that is an issue for any person in your party. We would recommend staying here."

"Amber Escape was a great place for us to stay!! We were a group of 18 adults and 1 infant, and it was phenomenal for a group of our size. The poolhouse provided an excellent location for the louder party animals of our group, and the main house was great for us to convene as a group for dinners and relaxation. "We stayed here for one of our son's state fishing tournaments with Tn Bass Nation. We were a little far from the ramp where the blast off was but the location could not have been more peaceful. (We honestly wound up using another ramp (Grainger County Park) to launch from anyway because the blastoff ramp was kind of cramped.)
