The rooms were impressive, very spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The highlight for us was the staff's kindness when we ended up stuck in San Sebastián due to travel issues. They were incredibly helpful and extended our stay at a very reasonable price, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The location is unbeatable.
