「Overwhelming musty smell upon arrival. Mold in the bathroom. VRBO Care only kicks in once you speak to someone on the phone, we ended up booking a hotel stay instead because the smell was too much for my lungs, I was coughing uncontrollably despite staying outside as long as possible. Host initially responsive to our problem but no solutions (probably AI assistance for immediate responses). 「We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view.
Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place.」
