「We had a great time and the cabin and scenery was what we had imagined. Our evenings were peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed hiking the trails on the property and the map provided onsite was accurate. We were close to the parks to go and visit but far enough away to have the quiet we desired. We enjoyed our evening cookouts and bonfires. We had a few issues but we're able to easily resolve. The two hoses connecting to the outdoor shower had a bad connection valve. They had leaked out all the water....

「The customer service and cleanliness really stands out at this resort. Every employee makes eye contact and greets you in the hallways and in their work stations. 「The cabin was clean enough except for the linens that smelled of cigarette smoke. We had a problem with check-in due to not receiving an entry code from VRBO. 「My boyfriend and I stayed there for three night's and 4 days. The place was perfectly located by both the parks and close to everything we needed. However, getting up to the cabin was an adventure of itself as it's located up pretty high with steep hills and sharp turns, so being a confident/comfortable driver is a must. The cabin was very neat and clean and included everything we needed for our stay, even a coffee and popcorn maker. My only complaint was that the stairs matched the steep hill...

「Other reviews are correct you need awd to get up the hill especially if it’s wet at all as it’s got a steep gravel incline. They actually text me the day we arrived to let us know house keeping had slid off the hill and we’re stuck. This place really thought of everything. Any cooking Utensil or dish they had it.
