Cute home with three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other two rooms share one bathroom.
Master has king-sized bed and the other two rooms contain queen beds. Linens, towels, etc. provided.

Quiet street. Close to restaurants, grocery, and much more!

Great for MCRD Parris Island (families of graduates).

My two neices graduated from Paris Island this past November . We rented this home for four days . The house was very clean including all the bedding and sheets. You have everything you need there utensils,pots,pans .Also a nice laundry. Joanna is a terrific host attentive to your needs. We locked the keys in the house we contacted Joanna she was so nice had someone there immediately with spare key. . The neighborhood family oriented my kids enjoyed playing with neighborhood kids or in the backyard . Over all it was a fantastic quiet location just minutes away from all major stores and services . I was able to drive to Paris Island within 15 to 18 minutes. We had a good time and want to thank Joanna.

The master bed was like concrete and the frame was broken. The driveway is terrible, the pictures are not what it looks like now. Don't drive a car that sits low. You'll knock a hole in your oil pan. It was clean on the inside overall, it just needs updated. With a little work it'd be a nice little place.

This is probably one of the worst experiences i have ever had!! When we pull up at the house at 420, the driveway is so broken and damaged that it is a complete hazard, my elderly parents almost fell several times. The the whole house feels wet/sticky and like a lot of moisture in the house. We get dinner and all get ready for bed, we turn the air down and it hits about 75 which is kinda warm but managable. There are no paper towels, no kitchen rags or anything to clean anything up. We get up early the next day to go to the military base for our first day, we get back to the house and it is 81 in the home. It was actually cooler outside than inside the house! I send the owner a message on vrbo was asked to text a picture of the thermostat to them, sent the picture, sent a follow up text, and sent a follow up message on vrbo, still nothing. 3 hours (its now 7pm) go by and i reach out to customer support for them to finally get us in contact with the owners. We are told there must have been a communication issue, but they will send someone out to fix the air. He comes within about an hour, ok great. He is there for about an hour when he says he will be right bavck to fix it. More than an hour goes by, he hasnt returned. We all have to be up at 4am, it is still 80 in the house and no resolutions. The air didnt get fixed until the last day. Owner never reached back out to check how everything was or anything. Also, the beds were horrible!!! Do not recommend at all!!!

This was a nice place to stay. That being said if you're looking for an updated modern place with all kinds of amenities dont book this house. The good stuff first. The location was awesome, the property manager was great and responsive, the beds were sooo comfy and the shower was awesome. The bad the driveway is steep and had a puddle at the end we were lucky to be in our truck or we would have had to park on the street. Some things didnt work properly like the master bedroom door and a light socket was broken. All in all it qas a nice stay and served its surpose well.

You have options, and I would not ever stay here again or recommend to anyone else. Pictures show lovely “cottage-type” house with a manicured lawn and perfect cement driveway but that is not the case. The driveway is all broken up and dicey to walk on. Cobwebs in window sills and the windows haven’t been cleaned in quite some time. Main bed frame wobbly. No curtains on back windows (eerie). Front door was locked, but back door in living room unlocked. Coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned or used recently. TV remote was found in bedroom closet. Owner/Host sent password to 5G WiFi that didn’t exist. Had to use the slower 2.4, WHEN IT WORKED! Our 2nd day, the Internet was out the entire day/night!! Made for a boring evening with no phones and no TV! Giant clock in living room is 1 hour behind in time. And finally, the morning of our checkout, there was a giant COCKROACH in the bathtub!!

House was nice and clean. Did not like the driveway was all broken up and uneven. Did not like the high deposit we had to put down, that took more than 25 days to get back.

Check in was supposed to be on Vrbo app had to ask host for check in instructions ,Trash in yard when arrived ,trash can outside had not been to road for a while being full and stinking , Both showers of house had issues mostly colder water unless you messed with forever, the real problem with this property was bed bugs in rear bedroom crawling and hiding in head board and also the mattress with photos to prove since property manager informed us that if it wasnt proven to have bedbugs by pest control specialist that there would be no refund in which we have photos and videos of ….

If you are traveling to this area DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!There were roaches, one crawled on me which made us check out at 6 am. There were blood stains on the wall in the master bedroom. The bed in the master was broken and lopsided. The jack & jill bathroom tub backs up. The outside is filthy, rusted nails are all over along with the outside of the home being dirty all the way around. My wife woke to two roaches on the toilet seat in the middle of the night. The closet door was broken in one of the rooms. The kitchen floor looks like knife slashes all over ( it not the design of the tile). Cobwebs are everywhere, and there are no curtains in the living area so privacy was 0 during dinner. The photos listed are very old use these for your decision. If you stay here you will NOT enjoy it.

The stay was very nice. Lots of space and the place was very clean. Could possibly add mire plactic bowls and bakeware, just in case that brownie desire hits. Lol Otherwise, great place!

Nice stay

Very cute little home! The kitchen needs a few more staples, ie pots and pans. But i live to cook so i could be biased. Wonderful neighborhood! Loved our stay!!

Abandoned looking house

This house looked like an abandoned house. Green mildew on the house, windows, screens. You could not see the driveway for pine needles making the uneven driveway hard to navigate.Spider webs were on the inside of windows. Floors were filthy. Location was great. The house needs a deep deep cleaning. All this was reported to the maintenance man.

Perfect location

We went to see our son graduate Marine Boot Camp and it was that perfect location about 6miles from Parris Island!! It a great location for us….the beds were not that great but served the slepping purpose and cleanliness was not great either….spider webs and if I may recommend that maybe a listing of local restaurants I know Google is available but a pare listing would have been nice Overall communication with host was great!!
