Trendy Loft w/ Energetic Outdoors - 5 min from the beach and pet friendly!

Our cozy deck invites you into an open, light-filled space that is perfect for every occasion. With shops and restaurants less than two miles away, you can explore the charming town of Beaufort by foot, golf cart, bike or water! Embark on local adventures to Shackleford Banks & Harkers Island OR simply kickback to enjoy the spacious outdoors, grill, friendly locals, games and more! Plus your pooch can come too!

This property has been maintained as a 5 star stay and was recently purchased by us (5 star hosts). It was voted as Beaufort’s top short-term stay in 2022. The Loft is located above a retail space, Dancing Baristas Cafe, which opened in March 2023. There will be patrons visiting the shop downstairs for early morning coffee and the business will be hosting occasional afternoon/evening events on site. The entire outdoor space is considered common area for all guests to enjoy and we hope you will participate in all of the fun being offered right outside your door! However, the upstairs area is reserved only for our VRBO guests and you will not be sharing any indoor spaces. If you'd like to engage in the community, meet locals, feel some excitement and learn more about the area...you will love this spot! Guests will have access to the upstairs loft (private entrance) as well as the outdoor spaces. Find yourself at home with a propane grill, outdoor shower (seasonal), outdoor patio furniture and more. Reserved parking is available for our guests. If you have your dog along, you'll find a small fenced area where they can loosen their legs after a long car ride!

Within 1.5 miles you'll land in the Historic Downtown of Beaufort, where you'll find bars, restaurants, ice cream, live music, ferry services and more. While some may consider walking downtown, most guests opt to hop on a bike or golf cart. Rent these locally and take advantage of the delivery services available so they'll be waiting upon your arrival! We'll be happy to share directions for a shortcut to downtown - the trail over the Turner Street bridge is just around the corner!
