“Absolutely avoid if you need to sleep at night. I was on the 4th floor and jet lagged. Could not sleep for 2 nights. Affected important meetings in the days. You can hear other rooms, people conversing on the road and every horn and siren from the streets and from far away. Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs.”

“The apartment was clean and quite quiet, an unexpected and very welcome feature in such a noisy city! Host Jeyhun was super responsive and helpful which greatly enhanced the experience. Would stay there again, location worked well for our needs.”

“The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat……

“Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a……

“Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation.”

“Really nice place we liked it a lot but no heater system”

“Great spot, great space. Great communication. Would definitely book the place again.”

“Great location to get places. A little sketchy sometimes at night. Room is decent size for nyc. We had 6 people. There was 3 beds. Blankets and pillows were comfortable. Nice to have a full fridge also. Could have been cleaner. There’s mould in the shower and we spilled water on the floor and wiped it when a towel and it was so dirty so floors could have been washed better. We ran out of toilet paper and seemed to not be able to get anymore sent to the room. The elevators are really slow.”

“Great value! I would definitely stay again!”
