“The place is located in the heart of old town Montreal, plenty of restaurants nearby. Pretty much all the tourist spots are within walking distance. Absolutely lovely place to stay at.”

“Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere……

“This facility is a dream! Once we understood the check in process, the concept was simple and very safe. The aparthotel had everything we needed- including privacy, a dishwasher and washer+dryer. The furnishings were comfortable, clean, and convenient. The room was soundproof. The management was so very helpful. The location is perfect. It’s right downtown in Old Montreal. A convenient parking garage was right around the corner that housed our oversized vehicle. We used the Hop on Hop off bus to……

“The location and amenities were EXCELLENT! The staff were very lovely and helpful but the check in procedure was a bit awkward and hard to understand. I did not want to upload images of my Drivers license before check in so maybe a different approach would be smoother. Otherwise if you are looking for a very accessible and very nicely equipped loft style apartment /condo steps away from Old Montreal you would be hard pressed to do better.”

“Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room. A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days. Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements. Overall, an OK……
