「I picked this place as I enjoy having cooking facilities with accommodation and when having an early start for work means I can make breakfast still. Nice bedroom/relaxation area. Only slight downside is the shower head slider pole thing kept slipping and spinning round but bathroom was nice too otherwise.」

「This is not just a place with a bed and a bath, but was an experience. It starts with the peaceful setting that is a bit off the beaten path. Next are all the bright interior colors that have been used throughout. There are a lot of interesting pictures and items on the walls that give one the impression that you are a visitor in someone’s home. 「We were in Scotland with my young children and parents for 12 nights, and our 4 nights at the Old Police House were by far the most enjoyable. It is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer. 「Property was good value, bed very comfortable. Nice warm house. Shared kitchen / livingroom very clean and modern. When I arrived there was mould around base of shower so I put bleach on it and cleaned it, This should have been done by cleaner. The electric shower needs replaced as its intermittent. But at the cost I'd certainly use it again. Fine distance from the town. Oh wifi wasnt really working but that could just be me..」

「The house is beautifully situated with a fantastic view. The five of us spent a wonderful week here. For a walk with our dog we either took the very quiet street or the approximately 1.5-hour circular path through the forest above the house. Communication with the very friendly hosts, Paula and Rob, was also excellent. We would love to return.」
