「A nice hotel and i will stay again next time if available」

「Sylvie and Vincent are wonderful hosts. STAY HERE you will be glad you did! The location of the B&B is perfect. You are close to the town of Beaune and the Villages of the region. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. There are so many activities in the area that it’s difficult to fit them all in just one visit. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter...
