「I do not understand what hotels other travellers used that gave 9 or 10 stars to this hotel. 1. I've never stayed in a 4 star hotel (and we have been around the Europe every year few times) which didn't have: a. Ventilation in the toilet (just in the shower -a small one) b. No phone in the room- if you want to ask something at reception, you have to go downstairs (good luck to find a lift free) c. No coffee/tea maker in the room. They will not give you any cup of hot water d. No heating in...

「虽然不在老城区内，但是距离景区几步之遥。酒店非常新，而且很干净。非常舒适，门口就是巴士站。早餐很可口，是出游的好选择。还有，酒店推荐的餐厅非常美味！！！」

「 Kamer zag er schoon uit we hadden wel chips van vorige gast onder het bed gevonden en haren in het doucheputje wat minder was. We hadden soms last van insecten. Bedden waren schoon en netjes. Matras niet hard, wij hebben er heerlijk op geslapen. Het is geen luxe hotel, geen hoge verwachtingen hebben. Het is verder prima te doen.」

「Very modern hotel, great for self catering we had a small kitchen with fridge (freezer box) and a dishwasher. 10 mins from disney, the hotel have a free shuttle several times a day」

「Don’t know how some of the hotels get 8 or 9 rating. Low bed, no air conditioning, dusty, fan didn’t work, faucet broke, no ice or drinks available, loud frogs. Secure entry, nice Chateau and friendly staff made up for some of it. My wife wasn’t impressed.」
