Another wonderful stay
Our group of avid skiers and foodies have stayed at Northern Lights B many times. We always feel like we are coming home when we arrive. We keep coming back because the location is superb, the area is quiet, and the place is lovely. The kitchen is a highlight for us, well set up for cooking and baking as we love to do. One of our favourite things is the large boot room, where our entire group can get our gear on comfortably at the same time. The unit gives us the space to spread out, play pool or games, read quietly, or soak in the hot tub. Thanks to the owners for another enjoyable trip at Big White.

Lonely house at Big White
Our group of 7 friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Lots of games etc to keep occupied when the hill was socked in. Short walk to get on/off the ski runs. Walkable to the village or take the free shuttle that stops almost right in front. The hot tub was much appreciated after a day of skiing. Overall a great place to call home for a few days, highly recommended!

Another stay at Northern Lights in Feb 2024
For 5 years in a row now we are returning to this property. Can't say enough good things about it. Excellent location (we got very lucky with fresh snow, which made it super easy for ski in/out). Lots of space for our group of 10. Heated and ventilated change room is great. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Pool table is a nice bonus. Highly recommend this place! We will be back!

Roomy, well appointed unit with a great kitchen/dining area. Games galore. A nice living room and separate den. I have been in units with a more convenient ski in/out but I have been in units with much worse. We all very much enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion
We were a group of two families totaling 12 and we had plenty of room for everyone. The chalet is well stocked with a lot of extras such as laundry detergent, condiments, dishes, garbage bags, wash up liquid and games. The chalet is about a 10 to 15 min walk to the village but a free shuttle bus leaves from across the road every 30 min. We were very lucky with the snow and skiing as the conditions most days were great, and everyone was impressed with the number of runs. Trevor was very helpful with any questions.

Summer Stay
Great Property. Plenty of room for our whole group. Unfortunately the Power to the Elevator went out due to a Power outage and it was not reset during our stay. But outside of that the place is great for a group and I recommend it.

Family Get-away
We had a great stay at Big White. This property had enough accommodations for our adult children as well as for a grand-child. The kitchen had all that was needed, plus a couple little items that we had forgotten ourselves! Everyone enjoyed playing pool and a Mario Cart tournament one evening. Yet it was spacious enough across the 2 floors for some privacy for all. The evenings cooled off nicely for this July long weekend, so the condo had a great cross breeze that left it cool and fresh for sleeping. It would be a great spot during the winter months as well for a ski trip.

Great Family Place!! Would stay again for sure.
This was a great space for families to stay. Plenty of beds/bedrooms and bathrooms. When we were not skiing we were comfortable and entertained. The unit had a pool table, lots of boardgames and a Wii with several games. There were also lots of movies there. We didn't have time to watch tv/movies as we really enjoyed playing pool together. The only blip was that the dishwasher was broken when we got there and we were not made aware of this and tried to run a load after dinner the first night and it overflowed....luckily we heard the water and stopped it right away. The owner was great and the repair guy came a couple days later with the broken part. The repair guy came just as we were finishing our lunch so we had to leave our dishes and headed out to finish the day skiing. When we came back to our surprise they had loaded our lunch dishes and turned it on for us.

Amazing!
My family and I (12 of us) stayed here for a week. This property was perfect for us! The location was quiet and the ski in/out was good (short walk up the road back to the chalet and a short walk up the road and under the bridge back to Serwas). There was plenty of room for the adults, small children to run around, and the bigger kids were downstairs. The owners responded quickly to our questions. Thanks so much!!

Great place for multi-family gatherings
This unit had everything we needed for a multi-family gathering. 2 min walk to the ski run and you can ski right back to the front door. Awesome and large boot room for all your ski gear with fans to help dry stuff overnight. Pool table in rec room was great. Lots of space and bathrooms. Owners communication was quick and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay
Our group of 10 has been staying at this chalet for several years now and it’s by far our favourite place at Big White. It’s very spacious and well designed to accommodate larger group comfortably. Great ski in/out. The host is quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Convenient parking for 3 cars and overnight garage is a bonus if you have a ski rack. Highly recommend this place!!

Enjoyable stay!
We stayed for 4 nights with three families, including small children and a baby. Lots of space and enough bedrooms for everyone. We brought groceries and had everything we needed to cook and have a comfortable stay in the chalet. Parking instructions were a bit confusing and I was originally told that there were only two spots. There are in fact one spot in the garage and two cars can park in the drive way. Just FYI for future renters. Ski in/out was easy to access but trickier for the beginners in our group. It wasn't much trouble to drive to Happy Valley though. We were surprised to run out of hot water for shower one night, despite light usage. That was the only minor issue that we had encountered. All in all a wonderful place for family! Our children were sad to sad to say good bye to the chalet. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Big White!

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful chalet. Everything we needed for our family was there. I would highly recommend it. We would have had no problem putting recyclables and garbage in the garage, but it should not have been our responsibility to take it away. The temperature in the bedroom was chilly for the little one's.

Adoption reunion
Rented this place for our family so that we could unite with my husbands daughter whom we had never met. Their was 9 adults and 2 kids - we had Christmas supper, lots of cooking and bakeware and place settings for all of us. Games to play and lots of space Every family had their own room. It was wonderful. We spent most of our time outside and we skied down to the chalet and back up at the end of the day. Beautiful place.

We rented Northern Lights for a week ski vacation with 12 people (6 adults and 6 kids). It was more than enough space for the 12 of us. The owners were very responsive and answered all our questions. The house is close enough yo the village that you can walk. The ski in and ski out was perfect for our group and the ages of our kids. The hot tub was great after a long day on the hill. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We found the boot room very handy - it kept everything dry and warm and out of the way. The basement was the perfect getaway for the kids at the end of the day.

Amazing experience at Snow Pine Estates, AGAIN!
This is our third stay here. Since we've discovered this chalet 3 years ago, we never looked at another accommodation at Big White. It offers everything our group of 10 needed for amazing skiing getaway. Ski in/out, lots of space, pool table, private hot tub, very useful changing area where you can keep all your gear. Highly recommend it. We are looking forward to staying there again!

A beautiful spacious Chalet minuets from the village center.
We had an excellent time staying at this chalet right in Big White. The house had lots of room and is furnished very comfortablely. The pool table and variety of bedrooms made it stand out to us. Thank you for the great stay. We would definitely come back in the future.

We had a lovely time staying here. The price was fantastic for the value. It was spacious and had enough facilities for everyone. Sitting in the hot tub was quite nice in the snowy weather. The dining table was also big enough for everyone to sit down at for meals and play some board games. The host was also very responsive and communication was great. 10/10, would book again.

Huge comfortable well equipped chalet
This property was a great location for our family group of 6. Easily ski in/ski out and very convenient area in the garage for ski equipment. The chalet also has an elevator so great for check in time. The gorgeous pool table in the basement was perfect for our older teens to hang out and the hot tub has an amazing view. Plus 5 bedrooms make it a perfect spot for larger group. We would stay again.

Great stay at snow pines
This property suited our family perfectly. It was clean and the spaces were perfect for gathering. We were amazed by the amount of games and fun things for the kids to do. The adults also enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The only thing we would have done differently is double check the best ski in/out routes as we spent a bit of time hiking to/from the runs until we figured out the best way to go. Overall fantastic stay though in a really beautiful spot. Thank you!

Wished we would have booked longer
This place was my first ever that I have rented myself. We stayed Jan 11-14 but we ended up saying till 15th. Trevor the owner was absolutely amazing he answered all questions he gave us a bunch of tips and also when we all wanted to stay another night she was quick to answer his phone and give us a price and send us all the information we needed. The place was amazing we had 8 adults so it was more than enough room. The ski room was my favourite, there was boot heaters so you never went skiing with wet equipment. The hot tub was such a bonus was private so we could listen to music have some beers and relax after each day. The ski in part was super easy, the one thing was the ski out I hoped was right outside door but you literally walked up the street 6 houses and there was a place to suit up and rip down to the main chair lift . Had a chance to pay double the amount for a place right beside village that was really nice but for the money we paid we all agreed that it was the best bang for bucks possible . The elevator to your unit was great as well for carrying all your stuff to the suite. The view on a clear day from this place of the mountains is breath taking . You can sit in the hot tubs and see all the mountains around you maybe the beer go down faster hahaha . But if you want a place where everyone can enjoy that has an amazing view, that allows you to ski in and out of this one is the one id choose . Some of the guys on the trip went and hung out with these girls that had one closer to village and they had nothing in the cupboards like frying pans and etc this had everything, 5/5 for overall 6/5 for Trevor. He was again amazing never felt like you were on your own. Which I heard can sometimes be a problem with some owners . Trevor thank you for letting us take your place for the week and I guaranteed you will see us again

Amazing chalet, with a great games room!
We really enjoyed your property, thank you! We were pleasantly surprised by all the games and activities. The bootroom is also a great setup. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Everything is clearly labelled and organized. The hot tub water was a litte bit murky, and there was a little bit of dust in some out of the way places. Overall it was clean, tidy and welcoming. Perfect for a family vacation on the hill
This chalet was exactly what we were looking for. Tons of space, lots of beds and a bunch of different entertainment options (pool, hot tub, board games, video games, etc). The chalet is right a short walk to Serwas Run and within walking distance of the village too. The boot room at the back of the garage was perfect too. We spent 4 full days here and will be booking for longer the next time we’re through! Easy 5 stars

Our group stayed here in March 2020. Absolutely loved it! The layout of the chalet is great, starting with a huge room by the garage, where you can keep all your skiing gear. Entertainment room with a pool table on the middle level is a very nice bonus. All bedrooms are private. The ski-in/out was much better than expected. We found a shortcut from Serwa's run leading right to the front entrance. With good snow on the roads, you can ski out from the chalet to the Snow Ghost lift. Would definitely rent this place again!

Fun family getaway
We had a great stay with family and friends. Large ski room to get ready. Place was roomy and perfect to enjoy the hot tub at the end of the day. Lots of games and pool table for everyone to enjoy. Everything you need in the kitchen too. We a excellent stay. Shuttle bus was very handy. Thank you :)
