「Loved our stay. Great place and location. It would have been 5 stars across the board expect the check in process was beyond frustrating. All they gave us was a lock box code, but there was no lock box! The code didn’t work on any doors. We had to call a hot line and stay on the phone for 30 mins for them to figure it out and re-set the code. This was after skiing with the kids so we were all very cold, tired and wanted to unpack. If they figure that out, this place was a 5 star.」

「Proximity to the village gondola and Happy Valley Lodge was key for our group. Our unit was spacious and well appointed with chalet style furnishings and good sleeping conditions for our group of 7 adults. One initial issue was presented to the contact agent and was quickly handled. We would definitely consider Spyglass again on future trips.」

「Our stay at this Happy Valley condo was great. We received detailed check in instructions prior to arriving. We gave it 4/5 for check in only because the garage and the visitor parking it is a bit confusing (need to find the garage for our unit and it isn’t the first one in line with the unit). But it was a quick issue to figure out and the property manager replied immediately. The condo was clean and spacious and the hot tub was large and warm. The view was OK because of the line of condos...

「We stayed with a large party at the house and had a great experince. It was an excellent location for ski-in and ski-out, and we were able to walk to the village using the path across the mountain in about 15 minutes. The house is very comfortable and beacuse it has multiple levels, it feels like everyone could have their own space. Highly recommended for any one with a larger party and for entertaining.」

「We had a great time at this property. It’s located, conveniently near a short trail down to the gondola that goes up to the village, so walking or skiing down there was very easy (my non skiing MIL was able to get around easily as well). It also had easy enough access for even our 5 year old skier to get around with us, and allowed us easy a short walk to the Happy Valley area for tubing or skating as well. Hot tub was nice with a beautiful view of the mountains and the skating rink area....

The location is good with a ski in/out just a short walk to the end of the road. We were surprised by a midday unannounced visit from a hottub maintenance worker - would have liked to have had some notification about that. Would definitely recommend this rental.」
