「This property was adorable and clean! It was easy to find, and Kasey communicated with me when needed in a prompt manner. It was a good location for visiting NRGNP! The theme of the loft is so fun, and the room for recording your stay on the wall was unique and enjoyable to read. The stairs leading up to the loft are a little unsteady, and it would be lovely to have a few spices for cooking. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and felt safe and comfortable!」

「The host was very informative and welcoming. Condo is a great location for ski in/ski out. There are not many places to eat nearby so we brought all the food we needed to eat every meal in the condo, which was was well equipped. We had 5 people staying and that was just the right amount. The bathrooms and kitchen are on the smaller side so more than 6 people would feel too crowded. The condo is older and could use some updates, like newer futon and bed mattresses, as they are quite worn. 」

「Booked through VRBO - paid in full with instant confirmation. No instructions were sent by the owner, or response to my original message when I made the reservation. After two more unanswered messages to the homeowner I reached out to VRBO customer service. They were also unable to get in touch with the host (no answer and voicemail was full). 「The hosts were very communicative and the location is perfect for people who love to ski but the apartment is in a terrible condition. The sofas very so hard that we couldn’t sit in them, the beds were squeaking, there were no comforters but just a sheet to cover yourself while sleeping, the paint was peeling off in many areas, the TVs are old and not smart TVs, the commodes in the bathroom are too low and small. I can keep going.」

「We had a wonderful stay at our Winterplace condo. It was so clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the host did a great job of keeping us informed of the process as well as points of interest in the area. We enjoyed hiking on some of the ski slopes. It was quite a workout and the view was amazing. We also loved relaxing on our balcony and as an added bonus, we could see the 4th of July fireworks.」
