「Really a hidden gem in Boardman, Ohio. Owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very clean and well maintained property. Will be staying here each year from here on out.」

「For one, there was stains all around the comforter. Secondly we couldn’t even use the tv because the volume was stuck on full blast even went we turned it down to 0. Third of all we were unaware they were doing construction at the time. No warning or heads up was given at all. We got woken up very early with banging and drills happening right on top of our room. Lastly we had the cleaning lady trying to enter our room 20 minutes before our check out time. Terrible and uncomfortable stay. I...

「Standing water in tub, asked front desk to send someone the next day to fix, they never came. Called front desk also and asked for towels and they never brought them to the room. Breakfast was really good and room was well cleaned.」

「1) When we checked in we found an empty wine bottle in the clothes closet. 2) We had a 3 night stay. Our beds were not made after the first night. We requested that they be made every day . The beds were made the 2nd day & on the the 3rd day 1 bed was made the other was left unmade. 3) The toilet seat was very rickety. I weight 127 lbs & every time i sat on the seat it was off center & rocking 4)The pool water was so chlorinated that it was hard to breath in the enclosed pool area 5)...

「Staff was really nice and accommodating . Only disappointment was their pool being out of order. I had my whole family with bored teens with me and was too tired to go to their sister hotel down the street. I paid over $200 a night for a pool we couldn’t use.」
