「We did just a small getaway with family from out of town. We live in Dawson Springs and planned a different trip then usually. We normally go ti Gatlinburg, but decided to stay close since our youngest daughter starts Varsity cheer practice today, and wanted to try a new spot closer to home. We truly enjoyed ourselves. 」

「Excellent location. Just minutes from Mammoth National Park. We were able to go back and forth to take breaks easily. Super clean and has everything you need to make meals. Laundry on site was very helpful to clean our clothes after hiking, cave tours and kayaking. You have privacy yet you are located close to everything (fast food/Walmart, etc. 15 minutes away). 」

「Great location if you’re looking to enjoy what Cave City and Glasgow have to offer. Near two exits off I-65 with options to stock the fridge or grab fast food. Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.」

「Lovely place to stay, with it's quirks. Close to Mammoth Cave NP, near some good eats, and private. The hot water was excellent, and the kitchen had everything we needed.Host was nice and friendly.」

「This has been the best cabin we have ever stayed in. It’s peaceful, super clean, and just remote enough. We have already made plans to visit again! The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Thank you Hickory Cabins! 」

「Cute little loft style efficiency snack dab in the middle of nowhere. The loft was awesome and rustic - gave us alot of ideas for our home shop back at home! The only places to visit/eat/explore are ALL Mom & Pop shops - which was perfect for us, as well. The grounds are under construction but we're gonna return next year to see how far they've brought this little slice of heaven. 」

「Great cabin for a short summer vacation in Mammoth Cave. Very easy check in, check out process. One of the cleanest vrbo we had stayed in. Very comfortable and nicely decorared. Keep in mind, driving to the park visitor center is about 40 minutes. That is where all cave tours start. We really enjoyed biking and hiking in the park as well. Also, keep in mind that Nolin lake park is closed due to flood damage. I didnt realized it and was kind of dissapointed that we couldnt use their beach area...

「Cabin was clean and the lake was beautiful. Nice place to relax with friends. The big covered porch was a huge plus since it rained for part of our trip. 」

「Adorable little house in an extremely convenient location. Feels like you're out in the woods while being just a 2 minute drive to the highway. We particularly enjoyed the large back porch, the outdoor fireplace, and the pond. The entire house and property is absolutely charming. 」

「The house was awesome! Just what we were looking for. Close to the Blue Holler ATV park with a big parking area.」

「We really enjoyed this house. The owners were very responsive and the area was quiet and relaxing. The house was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the essentials (and more) that we needed. It was well decorated and furniture was all very comfortable. The WiFi worked excellent. Would definitely stay again!」
