"After a long day of travel we were super happy to stay at this property. It was terrific inside, and the fenced in backyard(reason we booked this VRBO) was exactly what our dog needed after hours in a car. We were only here for a night. But the interior was exactly as pictured, very nicely done and maintained. Would definitely recommend staying at this location."

"House was quiet, clean and as described. Property owner and manager were very nice and responsive. Excellent fenced in large yard space for kids/dogs. Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap."

"We went over prepared because you never know what you are gonna have or not gonna have when you stay somewhere; but let me tell you we didn't even need any of the extra stuff we packed because they provide everything and then some! I wish they had a VRBO every where that we traveled because we would only book their properties! Hands down the best place we have stayed! If you don't book this cottage you are missing out!!!!"

"We stayed at Dripping Springs Retreat for the total eclipse of the sun and it was so worth it. The extra large front yard was the perfect location for eclipse viewing. We did have an issue with gas for the grill but we called and they brought us another tank of gas on a Sunday night what good service."

"Five star rating for this wonderfully furnished and equipped rental. Best equipped kitchen we've ever experienced. All we had to bring was food. Our group of five siblings and four spouses had plenty of room to gather or retreat to a bedroom, the den (designated quiet room) or the outside decks for some privacy. The 16 seat dining room table was the center of our activities: sharing a meal, playing scrabble, working on a jigsaw puzzle or completing a poster sized crossword puzzle. If our kids or...

"The place was such a great layout and enough to well accommodate our family. We had a blast fishing, cooking, just hanging out on the deck, sitting by the firepit and ending the night playing games. My grandpuppy also loved being able to join us in the river."

"This cabin was a bit further from Searcy than I was hoping for, but was well worth the little drive. Being out in the country was wonderful as we were traveling with dogs and enjoyed walking with them on the quiet gravel road. The cabin was clean, delightfully decorated, well stocked with necessities, and homey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely place."

"Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but would have loved to stay longer! This place is wonderful. (The king size bed is extremely comfortable!) The animals are indeed all so friendly. Great place for a family to enjoy. It was raining during our stay and just sitting on the front porch listening to the rain was so relaxing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. If we ever travel this direction again, I would stay here one more time. :)"
