“This stay is way cooler than you can see in the pictures. We were visiting MTSU with our son and this place was perfect. After the long tour we came back and enjoyed the hot tub to relax. Everything was perfect!”

“We had a great overnight stay in this clean and chic guesthouse. It was situated on a spacious wooded lot with a blacktop driveway shared with the owner's beautiful home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the double sinks in the bathroom and the electric fireplace in the bedroom. With a few added amenities like a spot to set luggage in the bedroom and a couple comfy chairs on the main level this stay would have been perfect.”

While we still enjoyed the weekend, catching up on each other's lives, the stay on the property was one of the more unpleasant experiences I can remember at a rental property. “Very clean and nice townhome. I would recommend updating the description and pictures regarding the two twin beds. It’s a twin bed with a trundle underneath that rolls out on the floor. Also need to have more paper products, such as toilet paper and paper towels. We had to go to the store to buy more as no one responded back to our message. ”
