Enjoyed our stay at the Kelly House. Great location, walk everywhere; very comfortable, especially the beds; great to sit on the verandah in the afternoon and enjoy the peace and quiet. Good communications with Jess and Jen.

We were very happy with Kelly House. It was ideal for our group of 4 adults. We had our senior dog with us and while the backyard is not fenced it was not an inconvenience to walk him there and in the quiet lane that runs behind the house. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights exploring the beautiful, quaint town of Beechworth. Kelly Cottage was a perfect location to walk to all the sights and main street. Very well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect for our group. We were able to walk across the street to brewery and pubs for dinner no need to use the car at all. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at Kelly House, very central but quiet. Comfortable beds, quality linen. Lovely style and little details elevate the feel of the house. Only note I would say is the fire wood needs splitting, it's too big for the fireplace without substantial kindling.
