“Great location and room was spacious”

“The room was good but the service has been the worst experience of my life. Not to make a long story but Ashley at the front desk is so unprofessional, as is Bailey the manager. I was lied to, I wasted money, and when I escalated the situation, the hotel called me a liar even though I had proof to back up the truth. If you want a relaxing experience at a professional, honest hotel, this is NOT the one.”

“We arrived to the hotel late at night and the staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. It was the perfect place for us to stay with our 2 dogs.”

“One of our beds was definitely not changed blood was on the bed in more than one place we have pictures to prove it, my sister called the front desk and told them that blood was on the bed, the person at the front desk said she would send someone, no one ever came so my sister went outside and saw a housekeeper and she asked that person to change it, the person at the front desk said she didn’t understand what my sister was saying she thought that she just wanted the bed cleaned. “Mini fridge wasn’t working and they could use new mattresses and for sure new pillows. But other than that it was very budget friendly for a short stay. Or anyone working in the area short term.”
