"Very friendly and accommodating staff. The reason for the poorer for amenities and overall average score was tied to comfortability. The bed was likely the worst bed / mattress I've ever slept on. I woke up with so much back pain. I ended up sleeping upright the second night because the bed was so uncomfortable. Friends that also stayed at this loaction shared they experienced the same. Would have been nice to have mattress toppers available as an accommodation instead of the suggestion to use another comforter for additional support."

"Upon arriving, I was greeted immediately by Aldo. A young kind man, very professional, friendly and informative on my reservation, charges, and all amenities the hotel had to offer. Breakfast had an abundance choices and very fresh, hot and delicious."

"The pool was closed the entire weekend. The breakfast was not good. Barely anything to choose from and the food available was not good. There is a Salvation Army next door and there were frequently drugged out people coming into the hotel and some were even staying/living there. I was there with my kids and that was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL!! "

"The room was fine. The breakfast was pretty good. However the pool was green. It was gross. And we had maids at our door at like 830 which is a bit annoying when check out isn’t until 11. Overall was disappointed in our stay. 😞"

"Our room was clean but the shower didn’t drain so my family had to take a shower in each others dirty water. As for the pool it was ok but definitely overran by little ones. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. "
