「Communication with Mila was quick and responsive. She addressed all of our concerns. The house was very clean and in very good condition as shown in the photos. It is in a quiet location a few kilometers outside the main street of Barrie. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were essential for our group attending a wedding in Barrie. We would definitely rent this house again if we need to attend a function in the Barrie area.」

「My daughter and I stayed here for one week and we had the most amazing time. The owner answered all our questions so that everything went smoothly - from the moment of check-in to how to get to the neighbourhood grocery shop. This area was very safe and quiet and most of all, this very well-kept and welcoming place made our trip so memorable and pleasurable. She even shared her fresh baked croissants with us!! 「The house and property were extraordinary. Bird watching was a personal favourite on our group trip - the blue jays by the house were a joy to sit and watch. The property offers everything you could ask for and more. 「This place was... underwhelming. We were grateful for the air conditioning that worked really well and a comfortable bed. However, the place could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint, and we were concerned by the lack of mattress protector on the bed, mildew on the shower curtain, and what appeared to be a mouse dropping on one of the chairs. The host was very responsive with information at booking and for check in, and it was nice to have a separate entrance.」
