Propriétaire très réactive dans tous les échanges par écrit, agréables, fluides et réponses précises et pertinentes.Maison bien chaude à l'arrivée malgré une météo très très très fraîche (Noël 2025). Les volumes de la maison, surtout le salon, très agréables. The kitchen is fully equipped, the essentials are all there.Interestingly the train station in Guingamp is not actually the city center, and this place is close to the train station so it's not exactly in the old part of town.
