    Built over three floors, access is via a ramp leading to a parking area in front of the garage. The house has two entrances: one through the garage and another from an upper floor, entering through the garden to the main door.



    Its location is perfect for a peaceful stay, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without needing a car. Both the beach and nearby shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. You’ll only need a car if you wish to visit the surrounding villages. The villa features several terraces facing different directions, so you can choose sun or shade at any time of day.



    On the ground floor are three double bedrooms, two with sea views. The spacious living-dining room offers sea views and access to the private garden with pool and barbecue. The fully equipped kitchen also opens to the garden. There is also a guest toilet and a bathroom.



    Upstairs, there is a suite with a bathtub and access to a large terrace with spectacular sea views.
