“Good and friendly staff”

“The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great central location, just a short walk from the bell tower and no far from the Muslim quarters. The have some condos with the local pub and restaurants which makes you feel like you are in a local community. The facilities at the hotel were great and they have a beautiful terrace too. Totally recommended”

Upon check-in, I inspected the bathroom and reported finding hair in both the bathtub and shower. While housekeeping attended and cleaned the bathtub, the shower was overlooked—the same strands of hair remained afterward, which……

“We booked two rooms. One of the rooms was a king size bed with a window. It is a warehouse when opening the window. It should be noticed while booking the room. Overall, the room is clean and the staff is friendly. Many restaurants are near the hotel. It is very close to metro-subway.”
