「clean and good food」

「As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity . There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area . The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular Delightful staff as well . 「At breakfast the coffee machine was broken! They wanted to charge us for a teabag and hot water! We asked for our room to be cleaned with fresh towels, it was left untouched for the whole day until we came back in the evening. Eventually we got some clean towels and the bed was made. The staff need to have much better customer service. It’s the only hotel in Modiin so no competition!」
