Casa Zen is beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with full amenities in a pristine gated subdivision with 24 hour security, a huge dual resort style pool, tennis/Pickleball court and only 300 meters to the Blue Flag Playa Bejuco. Air conditioned, cable/wifi, beautiful back yard and a garage, this home has everything you need for a family vacation, quiet getaway or groups enjoying the adventures of Costa Rica's Central Pacific.

We like to leave our guests alone to enjoy their time here but are always available if you need anything.

Costa Del Sol is a wonderful neighborhood that consists of some full time residents and some weekenders from San Jose. The residents are all very kind and will make you feel welcome in their community. Only 300 meters to Blue Flag Playa Bejuco this home is perfectly located to give you access to all of the beauty and adventure of Costa Rica's Central Pacific region.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.

You will probably want to have a car. Public bus transportation is available in Costa Rica and very reliable and affordable if that suites you. There is a bus stop about 1/4 mile from the subdivision.

Really wonderful stay

Beautiful property in a great location that seemed very safe. Very clean and well stocked. This property is under professional management so one can rent with confidence. New beds were by far the best on our trip.
